I bring 28 years of work experience to the boardroom, combining deep technical insights with strategic leadership and a strong commercial mindset.

I help boards navigate complex transitions by integrating sustainability and regeneration as a driver for innovation, resilience, and long-term value creation.

  • Deep insights on sustainability, circular business models, decarbonisation, and how to turn ESG-reporting into a value driver instead of a compliance exercise

  • Deep insights and hands-on experience with equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), as well as boardroom and team dynamics and psychological safety

  • Insights and hands-on experience with digitalisation and cybersecurity, including employee training
