BUSINESS DEVELOPER AND SUSTAINABILITY LEADER

I have 28 years of experience in the construction industry, from Denmark, the Nordic countries, and globally. I have worked as a leader, business developer, change agent, and consultant within architecture and engineering. 

Since 2008 sustainability has been my focal point.

• I lead on business development and strategy with sustainability, regenerative design, and regenerative leadership at the core
• I nurture clarity from chaos and make things happen
• I analyse barriers and drive positive change
• I facilitate inclusive meetings, networks, and processes

I combine a technical engineering background with commercial business understanding and strategic leadership. I have a Board Education and a Master's Degree in Business Development from Copenhagen Business School. 

My Master's Thesis focused on the intersection between strategy implementation and performance management, and on understanding barriers for sustainable change in complex organisations.

I aim to help businesses and organizations use sustainability as a positive driving force for change.
